Health eFilings is a healthcare IT company based in Madison, WI whose proprietary software is an enterprise solution for complying with CMS reporting requirements for quality data as well as the management of data analytics for the purposes of population health management. Ben spent 9 years at Epic Systems developing platforms involving population health and scalability. He was the original developer and architect of Epic’s analytics platform, a business intelligence solution which is used by almost every major US healthcare organization today. Ben has helped to define the international standards of EHRs, some which were ultimately mandated by the federal government and he serves in a policy advisory role to Medicare and Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) on Health IT.
