Direct Patient Logistics, a leader in patient transfers, welcomes Mark Montgomery as director of operations. Mr. Montgomery is a proven leader in the customer service, receivables, and call center industry with extensive experience managing operations, improving call center performance, and developing strong customer relationships.

Prior to joining DPL, Mr. Montgomery spent a half- year working with the Staples leadership team in Aurora, CO. His time in Colorado came after 3 years in the role of site director for two BPO organizations in Honduras, first for Stream Global Services, and then for Alorica, opening their new facilities in San Pedro Sula and guiding them through the launch of multiple customer accounts. Mr. Montgomery started his near-shore experience in 2009, as general manager of BPO operations for Xerox, Inc. in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, overseeing customer support programs servicing telecommunications customers in the United States. In addition to his work at Xerox, Mr. Montgomery spent thirteen years in a variety of operations leadership roles at RMS, a global BPO with an emphasis in receivables management.
